Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Fluency in French and English is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field; adequate experience in the project management environment Knowledge and ambition in Luxury Retail and Hospitality projects. Essential skills include leadership, strategic thinking, and a commercial focus. Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and superiors are a must. Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with a team. Strategic and analytic skills in risk management. Solution-oriented thinking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge in MS Project, CAD, and ERP Programs. No travel limitations. Responsibilities: Control and review project proposals. Prepare and monitor purchase orders and detailed work schedules. Oversee the production phase and provide progress reports to the brand (Hold weekly video calls with the brand). Monitor the project's cost; keep the cost within the budget. Coordinate and execute the site installation of the project. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within the allocated budget and timeframe, overseeing all processes from start to handover. What we offer you?
